Pentax 67
In addition to the exclusive Leica R5 ELCOVISION 10 and
the economical Ricoh 35mm camera, PMS AG now offers a medium-format
single-lens reflex camera. The image format of 6cm x 7cm is appreciated as
highly as the shape of the camera body - in contrast to the classic 6 x 6
cube format, the Pentax design echoes the form of 35mm cameras, with the
advantages of extraordinary compactness and ease of operation.
For use as a photogrammetric camera in ELCOVISION 10 the
Pentax 67 offers with its image format and interchangeable lenses a range
of interesting advantages such as:
- Direct measurement from slides or negatives in an
analytical stereoplotter
- Economical, fast aerial photogrammetry from low flying
heights for coverage of larger areas, such as coal
dumps
- Terrestrial photogrammetry
- Architectural photogrammetry
- Industrial photogrammetry
